General conditions of sales, delivery and refunds

Introduction

The current specific conditions of the online shop operated by CREAM ENTERPRISE S.L. (hereinafter: THE SHOP), are shown prior to the purchasing process and complement the general terms and conditions which regulate the general use of the website accessible through http://www.creamcosmetics.com

Any purchase made in THE SHOP necessarily entails accepting the general terms and conditions of access and use of the website http://www.creamcosmetics.com, as well as the current specific terms and conditions, without objections or reservations of any kind.

Order processing

All orders have to be placed in THE SHOP, where the USER will be informed prior to the completion of each purchase the exact cost of each of their orders, including associated delivery fee as well as the delivery address.

Only those over the age of 18 can make purchases at THE SHOP. The USER guarantees that they are at least the minimum age as well as the veracity of the all the registration data provided to CREA-M. The USER will be held solely responsible in all circumstances for false or inaccurate statements made and for the possible damages caused to CREA-M or third parties due to the information provided.

Delivery address

The delivery address is the address specified by the USER when the order is placed in THE SHOP.

The order can be sent to any address in Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Austria, Luxembourg, United Kingdom and Czech Republic.

Delivery timing

All our orders are sent by an international courier service. CREA-M works with ASM, who works with international partners as partners for the international orders.

CREA-M tries to prepare and deliver the order to the courier service the day after the order is placed in THE SHOP.

The estimated delivery time for the orders with a delivery address in the European Union is four to five working days after our products leave our warehouse.

Shipping costs

International shipping costs are based on the destination country.

Portugal: €10.10, France, Italy: €17.15, Germany,United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: €20.28, Finland, Finland, Sweden, Ireland and Austria: €21.17, Czech Republic: €31.34

Shipping costs always include Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges.

Product refund – Guarantee

Not satisfied with a product? As a USER you have up to seven (7) working days from receipt to voluntarily return products purchased in THE SHOP.

The USER should bear the costs of returning the item. To receive a refund for the products, they should be returned new, in their original packaging, with all their accessories and in perfect conditions. CREA-M will not refund products which do not come with their original packaging, unless they are defective.

How to exercise your right to a refund:

Before the USER returns the products, it is mandatory that they must – within seven (7) working days of receiving the order – they must send an email to the address contacta-me@creamcosmetics.com entitled “Refund – guarantee”.

Soon after, CREA-M will get in touch indicating the steps that the USER should follow. Once your application has been expressly approved. Print out the “refund form” which CREA-M will have sent you and it is imperative that you include it in your return parcel.

Go to the post office to return the parcel to the following address:

We recommend that you keep your certificate of posting showing that you have returned the parcel which will be given to you at the post office. CREA-M will not be held responsible in case of loss or damage to a parcel during transport.

CREA-M reserves the right not to refund any returned item which does not correspond with the original order, is not in its original packaging or does not include the refunds form.

In the event of your refund being expressly approved by CREA-M you will receive a refund for your order. The refund of the returned products will be paid by bank card or by the PayPal account which was used when the order was placed.

Product refund – wrong order, incident or product allergy

If you receive products that don’t correspond to your order, you receive faulty products or you have had an allergic reaction to a product, you have the right to return the products up to seven (7) working days after receiving your order.

In the event that your application is expressly approved by CREA-M you will receive a full refund plus the cost of the return. The refund of the returned products will be paid by bank card or into the PayPal account which was used when placing the order.

The USER should return the products in their original packaging together with the delivery note.

How to return an item:

You should contact CREA-M within seven (7) working days of receiving your order, by emailing contacta-me@creamcosmetics.com with the title Refund – incident detailing the reasons why you want to return the product.

Soon after CREA-M will get in touch indicating the steps that you should follow.

Once your refund application has been expressly approved. Print the “incidents – refund form” which CREA-M will have sent you and it is imperative that you include it in your return parcel.
